Informal sector and informal settlers are country’s largest vote bank but unfortunately their issues and problems largely remain politically and administratively neglected. In Delhi Assembly Elections, PRIA and FIUPW made sincere effort to highlight their issues and got assurance from major political parties to consider issues in their party manifesto. No doubt some of political parties had included issues in their respective manifesto.
